Did any of you morons watch the OT?

Abortion is a grave evil, but
1. Many Republicans already support it
2. Most Republicans support IVF which is arguably worse considering more children die
3. Republicans have no moral qualms about killing innocent children in foreign countries
Nothing in the film Starship Troopers shows humanity as the evil force. Everything in Revenge of the Sith shows that Anakin is committing an insane evil during his turn to the Dark Side

I'm voting straight democrat specifically to throw all malfoid + anakin posters into cages
"The Dark Side really is stronger." Get your larping ass out of here
George Lucas didn’t have the balls to tell the actually compelling story here: Padme really was going to die during pregnancy, the Dark Side really is stronger, Anakin becomes a Sith to save her and his children, and he does save them, but after learning of the terrible things he’s done (younglings), she kills herself. That’s a story. Shakespearean. Like Hamlet’s Ophelia. In that version, Anakin had to become Vader for Luke to be born, so that together they could overthrow the Emperor. Suddenly everything falls into place. Instead Lucas has to tell the boring black-and-white version where Palpatine was just lying and there was actually no point whatsoever in Anakin becoming a Sith and Padme just spontaneously evaporates.

Childhood is when you idolize Anakin. Adulthood is when you understand that Obi-Wan was right

Thing is, in popular culture I don’t think there’s a more obvious allegory for being manipulated by Satan into destroying yourself and the people you love than Anakin in Star Wars and these people somehow still fall for it as being something admirable or (positively) relatable
