i’ve been yapping about these games (BG1&2) to anyone who will listen for ~25 years it’s time to invest. BG1:EE is a good place to jump in. basically: crunchy 90’s high fantasy CRPGs based on 2nd edition AD&D. branching story paths, arcane system mechanics, party building, etc.

agreed - Channel Zero season 2 in particular (“No End House”) is probably the best season of horror TV that i’ve seen. 6 episodes from 2017. highly recommend it to horror fans who are okay with existential themes around things like grief and memory

If you enjoyed Backrooms I cant recommend Channel Zero enough, each season is inspired by a different iconic Creepy Pasta, all exploring themes of liminal spaces, forgotten media and distorted memory.
