@HumzaYousaf this has to be sorted immediately. An absolute disgrace and every LA is doing this. Hard working families and PVI staff openly discriminated against. Two tiers set deliberately by LA officers and they hoodwink councillors into thinking this is ok.

blatantly admitting how they overstaff their own services, how LA staff are paid way more than PVI and they set the rate lower than LA to reflect that. Sheer discrimination against both children and staff in PVI. Disgusting that LA officers feel that this is ok and defend it.
