Yesterday, we joined our partners at Northwest Housing Alternatives to celebrate the groundbreaking of Powellhurst Place, a new @oregonmetro Bond-funded project bringing 65 affordable units for families and and individuals outer Southeast Portland. /1

Move-in has begun at Hayu Tilixam, the third Portland Housing Bond project to open this year! This project from CDP and @NAYAFam, brings 50 affordable units to Cully and features Native American art. The project is now welcoming residents, including those exiting homelessness. /1

Cathedral Village is now open! As of last week, residents are now able to move into the 110-unit Bond-funded project in St. Johns. Cathedral Village is located near parks, transit, and groceries, and has units from studios to 3-bedrooms. Learn more: portland.gov/phb/constructio… /1
