@Ryanair are refusing to refund my terminally ill father for the flight he was medically advised not to take. They have all hospital documentation but instead we get automated “no” because it’s “at their discretion”. Like how more seriously ill can someone get 😖 @RyanairPress
A series of “forms”, about 10 different online chats & most recently a “we can’t decipher which area your complaint relates to”. Website clearly states that in cases of serious illness and death they can refund. But it’s at their discretion @Ryanair @askryanair @RyanairPress

Last year my daughter caught mumps even though she was fully vaccinated. Her fully vaccinated (and partially vaccinated youngest) brothers and parent didn't. No vaccine is 100% fail proof, but the more of us vaccinated, the more we can protect each other.
