Eleanor tells why ageism must be addressed: After always being questioned about my relationship to my kids, I am tired of being discriminated. It's hard to find commonalities with other parents 10 years younger, but to hide this is not teaching my kids that everyone is equal.

Sandra (@sanlorob) tells how ageism affects older adults: “When people feel like a burden or not valued as they age, they become depressed + less engaged in their communities. We need to highlight the ways older people enhance our communities + the lives of those around them.”
