A developer from Cryptix Network provided an update on the current situation.
The hybrid PoS + PoW system is progressing cleanly with no major issues. Development of this kind of hybrid consensus takes time and requires proper long-term testing — a short testnet period isn’t enough.
They’re also actively developing a hashlock & timelock system that will enable decentralized atomic swaps (cross-chain trading) with other chains. This is being built in collaboration with another project.
The staking mechanism is already live on the testnet, and the code is available on GitHub.
Slow and steady progress. Looking forward to seeing these features come online.

The developers at #Cryptix Network are currently conducting research and development on zero-knowledge proofs. I don't know the details, but I suspect they are working on quantum-resistant and anonymous features.

PoW keeps producing blocks (BlockDAG), staking adds finality + security. 50% of block rewards to miners, 50% to stakers. Non-custodial delegation. Min 100k CPAY to run a staking node — then anyone can delegate smaller amounts.
Fewer new coins + more locked supply = stronger long-term dynamics for $CPAY.
Code is already on GitHub. Activation pending conditions. Eyes on the hybrid.
