Inwardly and outwardly we blame, complain, defend. let’s commit to be solution focused! #teachergoals #kcroy #wiredconference
Today I am fortunate to be at the Wisconsin River Educator Conference. “Teacher’s you are your own species. Thank you for serving.” Kelly Croy #WIREDConference #teachersforteachers #techteachers
As I lesson plan for the following week, this quote inspires me to think and plan on how my lessons and student opportunities will inspire my student's brilliance. #kindergarten #innovativelearning #teachingmatters
Taking a moment to be kind could change someone's life and make a difference in their life. #KindnessMatters #KindnessIsFree

Your worth as a human being does NOT come from:
How much you get done.
How much you do for others.
Whether people compliment you or your work.
You are a worthwhile person because you’re a human BEING. Period.
So, allow yourself to BE. And do the best you can. You deserve peace.

#ThoughtForTheDay Don’t wait. The time will never be just right. Hesitating will keep you from the experiences you need to build your confidence to believe that you can do anything. #StartRightNow #Culturize
It's the little things that make all of it worth it! #thankateacher #kindergarten

My heroes are the teacher's that right alongside me.
That comes to school every day with the mission and belief that they are there to do one thing.. To do what is best for every student they encounter that day.

Relationships..Relationships..Relationships!!
#ThoughtForTheDay We can’t continue to expect Principals to lead schools alone. We must all see ourselves as leaders & support P’s in our quest 4 success. So I ask, “How is our behavior helping our principals & teachers aspire 4 greatness so our schools can be great?” #Culturize
As I listen to "Good to Great" by Jim Collins. I think about how we consistently start with a vision for the new school year or our vision for our future. Any vision that we have is irrelevant if we do not have "the right people on the bus" or the right people in our corner.

Great job Malachi!
With temperatures in the mid 60s today (but the weekend still in question), the dapper young Malachi is here to help @AustinKopnitsky with the forecast.
If your child wants to join us on a Wednesday morning, email Austin at [email protected]
??? All about asking questions this week. Students learned about asking and writing questions. We then took it one step further and students wrote a postcard to their family and asked them one question and practiced forming question marks. #makinglearningrelevant #kindergarten
As teachers we work so hard to provide for the students around us. Personally at times I forget that in order to be the best for my students I have to take care of myself too! #teacherselfcare #Youareawesome #teacherlife
#ThoughtForTheDay Think long term vs. short term when working w/students. Short term thinking can lead to frustration, burn out, or giving up all together. Long term allows us to maintain hope & faith that things can & will be better. Make the switch in thinking today. #Culturize
When life throws you a curveball it tends to feel easier to give up rather than pulling through. Be the example that others see that a hurdle is just another reason you have become who you are not a reason you gave up! LOOK OUT BECAUSE HERE I COME!

If you want to evaluate a school culture don’t read the mission statement on the wall, listen to the teachers talk in the hallways @SteeleThoughts @ToddWhitaker #essentialtruths
