The United States has confirmed that it intends to impose 25% tariffs on most Canadian goods, with 10% tariffs on energy, starting February 4.

NEW: The Trump adminstration is asking SCOTUS to force California to set aside any ballots cast by 20,000 registered voters DHS identified as likely noncitizens.
State officials say the data is faulty and could disenfranchise 100s or 1000s of citizens.
