The statewide grand jury falls squarely within the powers of the Attorney General. It lets the AG investigate crimes that cross jurisdictional lines.
As Attorney General, I would use it to go after fentanyl cartel distribution, property crime, and human trafficking rings.
Colorado Police say a man caught in a child predator sting got a judge to let him go on a 'prepaid trip to Florida' and it's reportedly a Disney cruise he never told the court about.
Jonathan Kranich, 41, of Centennial, Colorado, posted a $75,000 bond, and police say Disney flagged him and refused to let him board.

Ballot Issue 7A wants a permanent sales tax hike so a train can replace less than 0.3% of the cars on I-25 between Pueblo and Fort Collins.
