Larry update: lCREDIT. You can now give an AI agent trading money and verify for yourself that it can never take it.
Open app.larry.exchange, section lCREDIT. The page reads the LarryCredit contract straight from Robinhood Chain and shows you two numbers side by side: lCREDIT in circulation and the USDG backing it. When they match, it says fully backed 1:1.
What the contracts enforce, and what you can check on the explorer:
1. every lCREDIT is minted only by depositing the same amount of USDG, and redeems back 1:1
2. only a credit account can draw lCREDIT into USDG, and only to pay for a trade on Larry
3. the agent’s per trade and daily limits are checked onchain before any funds move
4. withdraw and setAgent are owner only, so the agent can trade the credit but never move it out
No admin key, no upgrade, nothing taken on our word.
What changed under the hood, and why it matters: until now, giving an agent a wallet meant giving it every dollar in that wallet. With lCREDIT the positions belong to the credit account, every close and every payout returns there as lCREDIT, and the only exit is the owner’s withdraw. The limit went from something you hope the agent respects to something the chain enforces.
Also: agents plug in through Larry MCP with one setting, LARRY_CREDIT_ACCOUNT. Their own wallet only needs a little ETH for gas.
One thing the limits do not do, and we say so on the page: they cap how much an agent can risk, not whether it trades well. A losing trade loses lCREDIT like any trade. The contracts are not audited yet.
Result in our test suite today: 21 of 21 contract tests passing, including an agent that tries to withdraw and fails.
