I thank the people of Kansas for the honor to continue serving the state we love. These first 4 years were about getting our state back on track. These next 4 years are about making sure Kansas lives up to its potential as the best place to raise a family. The future is bright.

Today, I am proud to endorse @ChrisMannKS for Kansas Attorney General. For too long, Kansas has suffered under an AG who has mismanaged the office and caused harm to families by ignoring real issues. Next year, we have a chance to right this wrong and elect Chris Mann.
Kansas needs a Governor who can keep us moving forward. That person is Ethan Corson. He is a true public servant, a middle-of-the-road leader, and a good man who wants this job for all the right reasons. I am proud to endorse @ethancorson for Governor of Kansas.

He's a passionate advocate for attracting good-paying jobs to our state, for funding our public schools and for ensuring access to affordable housing, childcare, and healthcare. Ethan also played a critical role in axing the food sales tax and lowering property taxes. He'll be a very strong candidate.

I was proud to join Senator @amyklobuchar to stand against the extreme proposal in Congress that would slash SNAP benefits by $200B. This reckless legislation would force kids to go hungry, increase costs for all Americans, and would hurt our rural communities.
I'm sad to share that Frances, the First Cat of KS, was laid to rest today. She lived a long, adventurous life & greeted Cedar Crest visitors with pride & demand for affection. Although all good things come to an end, she no doubt left a big paw print as the First Cat of Kansas.
