The Independent Socialist Republic Of The Upper End Of The Lower Breck Road.
Surely a show with this long a title is worth a watch!
It’s on at The Studio @RoyalCourtLiv until 18th May and we met Lucy Bromilow and Director Dan Jones to find out more about the new show. 👇
On 2nd May* back Peter Ryan for Mayor of the Upper End of the Lower Breck Road Intra-City Region by securing your tickets for the show with the really long title @RoyalCourtLiv.
*Or after that. Our dark political farce runs until 18th May.

And if you’re in asking yourself why you’ve never heard of the Upper End of the Lower Breck Road Intra-City Region before- that’s because it’s new, and as yet unrecognised by either @lpoolcouncil or the U.N.
But it is a real thing. And definitely not a confused, ill-advised attempt to plug a show with a title that can't be effectively acronymised running in the studio @RoyalCourtLiv until 18th May. I'll just leave this here. shorturl.at/bctGT

There's an official playlist for #TISROTUEOTLBR (or The Show That Can't Be Effectively Acronymised) @RoyalCourtLiv. It's Official because I called it that. In solidarity with @TORtheatre & @DanAtticus. open.spotify.com/playlist/2A…
Two years ago, I won @hopepwprize for a deeply silly script set in the aftermath of #election2019, about an ejected Red Wall MP who takes it badly... then takes up arms against the government. In two weeks it opens @RoyalCourtLiv!!

And it's running under a @mrJamesGraham show in the main room! One of the great political playwrights! How perfect is that??
