A clear vision helps leaders make hard decisions and build institutions strong enough to carry the mission forward. At the Leadership Roundtable Summit’s panel on October 20, Betsy Bohlen, Bishop Lawrence Sullivan, and Jim Perry will reflect on the work of strengthening the Archdiocese of Chicago. They’ll explore what it takes to lead a large, complex institution, how clergy and lay leaders can work together to support renewal, and which lessons may travel to Catholic institutions of every size.
