Microsoft is doing a hard reset on its payroll and the excuse is the coming tax increases in WA State. Not the just income tax which probably gets voted down in a few weeks. More taxes are coming, and they are trying to get ahead of it all.

This is an excellent opportunity to reset the entire game and build as we go. Rework the new player experience. Rebuild the game and its engine with an eye to future growth. Make our Guardians struggle again. That's what's missing from the game right now.
