Just completed a 4 hour train journey from Hamburg to Koln.
In First Class.
Total cost less than £120.
For the four of us.
When we reach London, the 90 minute journey to Stroud in 1st Class (no, we won’t) would cost £80. Each.
So much taking back of control.
