Here's a pre-war magazine with the Walther banner stamped upside down. Another shows the Walther banner on one side and a “W” on the other (which means 1945 and unhardened). This is an excellent example of a Webley “WS” Target Model Revolver from the 1920s, chambered in .450/.455. It has a mismatched, unshaved cylinder with correct British proofs, and features checkered wood grips with a blank plate on the left side. The revolver’s smooth firing and pleasant recoil make it a satisfying shooter, an ideal addition for any collector. #legacycollectibles #webleytargetrevolver #WStargetmodel #weapons #firearms #historicalfirearms #history #revolver

Here’s a rare Union Switch & Signal 1911A1 from 1943, and it’s looking seriously sharp. The serial number places it in August 1943, and it’s 100% correct, with about 97% of the original Dulite finish still shining. You even get a minty, US-marked, 1943-dated Milwaukee Saddlery holster to go with it. What a find! Quick history drop: Union Switch & Signal, better known for railroad gear, secured a 1942 contract to produce M1911A1s. Production began in January 1943, but the contract was canceled that fall, with the last pistols shipped in November. Only 55,000 were made (serials 1041405–1096404), making these the second-rarest 1911A1s, just behind the legendary Singer. No crossed cannons on these, and rumor has it most went to the Army Air Corps. Rare, collectible, and ready for a new home! #legacycollectibles #unionswitchandsignal #minty #holster #firearms #historicalfirearms #history #guns #pistols #handguns #raregun

We get asked all the time: What’s the right magazine for my PP or PPK? Here’s the quick answer: there are two main styles. PPK mags sometimes have a finger extension, while PP mags are longer overall. You can also tell by how many rounds each holds. #legacycollectibles #magazines #walther #waltherpp #waltherppk #quickguide #pistols #guns #handguns #historicalfirearms #firearms #history

This finely engraved Mauser M1921 “Bolo” was manufactured in the 1920s. After the 1919 Treaty of Versailles, Mauser introduced this treaty-compliant C96 variant with a shorter 3.9-inch barrel for commercial sale. This piece is all matching, carries “Double Crown U” proofs, and features elegant floral engraving, likely done by a skilled artisan rather than at the factory. It features oak-leaf and acorn-engraved real ivory grips. The finish remains excellent overall, with only minor discoloration spots. A beautiful, highly collectible piece worthy of any fine collection. #legacycollectibles #collectors #engravedfloral1920guns #mauser #M1921bolo #C96 #ivorygrips #collectible #handgun #pistol #history #firearms #historicalfirearms #weapons #guns

This rare Colt Model 1855 Revolving Shotgun is a 5-shot percussion repeater Colt produced from 1860 to 1863. It features a creeping loading lever with a rack-and-pinion mechanism for added loading leverage. The cylinder stop notches are cut into the axis pin rather than the cylinder’s exterior, a distinctive feature. With only about 1,100 to 1,300 made, these shotguns are extremely hard to find and a true prize for antique firearm collectors. #legacycollectibles #coltmodel #colt #revolvingshotgun #shotgun #longgun #rifle #weapons #history #historicalfirearms #firearms #guns

Celebrating the U.S. Navy’s Birthday! On October 13, 1775, the Continental Congress authorized the first American fleet, two armed vessels crewed by an 80-person crew, to intercept British supply ships. This date marks the Navy's official birth, a tradition Admiral Elmo Zumwalt formally recognized in 1972. To honor the occasion, we're spotlighting two Navy-issued Colt firearms with deep Naval history: the Colt 1911 and the Colt 1895 Revolver. Here’s to the U.S. Navy and its proud legacy! #legacycollectibles #navybirthday #colt1911 #colt1895revolver #guns #pistols #history #historicalfirearms #firearms #handguns #USnavy #happybirthday
