This is how I turned a new Discord into a $200K success for the Nexus community in just 2 months. My strategy: Leverage the power of community and dodge the typical NFT founder mistakes I've spotted over the years. 1. Greed: Nexus isn't designed to be a cash cow. In the last month, my cut was $3,000. Am I an idiot? Perhaps😂. Think long term. 2. Mutual Support: Empower them and they'll empower you. 3. Put your ego aside: Educating and onboarding are essential, and I've taken it upon myself to do this personally, one by one. Everyone is on my friend list and has received more than one DM. 4. Avoid the Dunning-Kruger effect: We're at the very beginning of something bigger. Every step is an opportunity to learn and grow. 5. I see everyone, I listen to everyone: Often, I insult everyone because, you know, I'm still Loki. 😈 But remember, Creators Nexus isn't about Loki; it's about every single one of you. It's about community and creators. That's our superpower. 💛💚
