@Tesco Disappointed in your phone customer service again. This is the second time you have messed up my home delivery order in a big way due to a technical issue. Your phone staff were mostly unhelpful and rude, your delivery drivers have been amazing though.
Asked to speak to manager, none available. Rude and unhelpful. Phoned again. 2nd person more help but still rude, I shouldn't be complaining in these current hard times. Told 'you can't keep the shopping and get a refund of £40'! I didn't want to keep it!
Then realised what had happened and that I was also missing about £50 of shopping that I had ordered. The phone help was appalling. I was told to take it back to store even though I paid for delivery and that they couldn't send a driver to collect it.
Yesterday I got over £40 of shopping from a previous order, not the order I had made and was confirmed by email. I thought it didn't seem right but it was correct on the paperwork so I let the driver go and said I would sort it out.
