♦️BREAKING NEWS♦️ The EFF has approached the Gauteng High Court in Pretoria, seeking authorisation to access the court record and transcripts in the trial of Patrick Mshothola and Thulani Dlomo, which has heard testimony about a State Security Agency (SSA) operation to infiltrate the EFF and its parliamentary caucus. We are seeking access to transcripts of open-court proceedings, exhibits and other relevant court documents to establish the full record of evidence concerning the operation, including testimony that the SSA used a contract involving Korolo Investment Holdings to fund the operation against the EFF.

The EFF’s Statement on the SARS Operation at Tshwane House and a Call for the Immediate Suspension of CFO Gareth Mnisi -The EFF notes that this is not the first cloud over Mr Mnisi. He was suspended earlier this year after being implicated at the Madlanga Commission, and was reinstated in July with a final written warning. The City cannot allow this cloud to keep hanging over the municipality. Stability must be the priority.
