Meet our new Motorsport Scholars! 🏎️✨
12 talented students. One shared mission: to build a career in @F1.
We’re proud to welcome the biggest cohort yet to our fully funded MSc Motorsport Scholarship programme.
The scholarship, delivered in partnership with @AFBE_UK, @DrivenByUs and @RAEngNews, provides aspiring engineers from underrepresented backgrounds with the financial, mentoring and career support they need to reach F1 and achieve their dreams.
The expanded programme builds on the legacy of The Hamilton Commission’s landmark report which aimed to address underrepresentation in UK motorsport.

We’re excited to announce Dame Hayaatun Sillem as the new Chair of Mission 44’s Board of Trustees.
Dame Hayaatun has been part of our story since the very beginning. She co-chaired The Hamilton Commission with our founder Sir @LewisHamilton, the findings of which helped lay the foundations for Mission 44, and she has served on our Board since we launched.
Her appointment comes at an exciting moment for Mission 44, as we grow our work in the UK and internationally to build a fairer future for young people.
We’re delighted to have Hayaatun leading our Board into this next chapter.

5 years of @mission44, so incredibly proud
It’s our 5th birthday! 🎉
Five years ago, @LewisHamilton founded Mission 44 with a clear ambition: to help build a fairer, more inclusive future where every young person can thrive.
Since then, we've had the privilege of working alongside incredible young people, partners and communities to turn that ambition into action 💥
From school visits and @F1 track days to meeting with the Prime Minister at @downingstreet, expanding our work internationally, and investing in organisations creating lasting change, every step has been driven by one shared goal: opening doors for young people.
Together, we've reached more than half a million young people around the world, invested over $10 million to drive change, and funded 43 organisations working to break down barriers.
This film celebrates the people, partnerships and moments that have shaped our first five years - and the journey is only just beginning! 🙌

Sometimes you just can’t catch a break. Frustrating, but we move. Going to do everything we can to give ourselves the best possible chance tomorrow. Keep the faith, send good vibes

Looking back to earlier this year when our founder @LewisHamilton visited @OasisSouthBank, where he joined our CEO @Jason_Arthur and our partners for a roundtable discussion with young people, educators, and school leaders.
From the importance of young people's voices shaping education, to the need for more diverse leadership and trusted adults in schools, the conversation explored what it will take to build a system where every student can thrive.
Our Ambitious About Inclusion report, published last month with @CFYoungLives, sets out practical recommendations to help build a system where every young person feels seen, supported and able to succeed.
As @LucyMPowell begins her new role as Education Secretary, we look forward to working together to deliver the changes young people need.
