NaRRA might be the great equalizer or the Greatest revelation of our time.
I must address this because the attack on NaRRA is not mere curiosity. Here we have the Founder of the Jamaica Environmental Trust asking a question that I would consider as probative if coming from anyone else.
But nor from Diana. Here is why. #Thread

This is a 2021 article from the same Diana McCaulay. I had to check to be sure as her publication, comments and the suggestions from the JET were considered in the formation of this project.
Diana let the Executive Director role at the JET in or around 2017 but has remained very vocal regarding several environmental issues including the Palisadoes.
So much so, that her 2021 Article in the Jamaica Gleaner was titled "Protecting the Palisadoes".
How then is Diana referencing a 2010 to 2012 project to suggest that this NaRRA project may not be necessary? Or rather, seems to be "protected already".
