IN JAPAN, IF YOU START A NEW LIFE AFTER 30 WITHOUT A PLAN,
YOU MUST FOLLOW 6 CLEAR RULES: 🧵

if you're deep in the trenches of AI implementation, this is the guy you need to be following
There are seven main steps for your company to go from tool adoption to agentic org.
Most companies sit on step one, shopping for step seven technology. They need step four discipline.
Step one: tool adoption. AI tools exist across the org, humans run each one. Developer closes the lid, automations die. Somebody goes on vacation, the workflow goes with them.
Step two: context layer. Knowledge graphs per department, each behind its own API gateway. Sales queries engineering through an API. Separated domains keep agents from hallucinating across departmental boundaries.
Step three: harness engineering. Build evaluation criteria, routing logic, and quality gates before you pick a model. The LLM comes in last. Your harness is your IP and your capex. The model underneath is a commodity you swap when something better ships. If changing the LLM breaks your system, you built a dependency, not a platform.
Step four: go headless. Host every automation outside a laptop. It fires on schedule, on conditions, without a human logging in at 9 AM. Companies stall here because nobody forces the migration from “script on my desktop” to “service that runs on its own.”
Step five: governance. RBAC on every knowledge structure from day one. TTL on every agent. Dead agents are tech debt with active API keys. Past 100 tools, you need lifecycle management. Retire anything that hasn’t run in 90 days. Deprecate anything whose eval scores drop below threshold.
Step six: agent-to-agent. Stitch headless instances together within a value chain. Agent A finishes, hands off to Agent B. An LLM sits between them as a quality gate, judging every handoff before it passes through.
Step seven: step functions. Orchestrated, semi or fully automated workflows. Agents handle volume. Humans handle exceptions. The org runs on agent output.
We walked a VP of Engineering through all seven.
Told him: “You’re on step one. But over a hundred tools means step four is closer than you think.”

9 video effects for Claude.
I recorded one take. Then I typed one line per effect and Claude built it on top.
So I wrote each one up as a prompt you can paste:
1. Logo Orbit: your tool logos circle your shoulders.
2. Claude Beside Me: a Claude window swings out behind your head.
3. Typewriter Cut: newspaper lines flash behind you, one word stamped in red.
4. Reel Fan: your last 5 reels fan out round your head.
5. Shutter Strike: 4 prints of you slam in like a camera flash.
6. Growth Chart: 3D bars rise behind you and count up your number.
7. Before After: a seam wipes your room into a clean white studio.
8. Pixel Title: your hook builds out of dots above your head.
9. All At Once: the orbit and the reel fan come in together.
But don't stack all 9 in one video (one per beat is plenty).
And swap in your own words, logos and numbers (every prompt marks them in brackets).
Heads up, they run in Claude Code (and you'll need a clip with some space above your head).
Comment EFFECT and I'll send you all 9 prompts, ready to paste.
Make sure you follow me so I can DM you 😊

You bought Starlink.
You plugged in the dish. You connected to the Wi-Fi. You started browsing. That was 6 months ago.
Since then, you’ve used Starlink the same way you used your old ISP you connect and you browse. You’ve never split your Wi-Fi bands to put fast devices on 5 GHz and smart home devices on 2.4 GHz. You’ve never changed the default DNS to speed up every page load. You’ve never turned on content filtering to block malware and adult content across every device in the house with one toggle. You’ve never set up a guest network to keep visitors off your main network. You’ve never opened the hidden Statistics page that shows exactly why your speeds drop. You’ve never used the obstruction tool to find the perfect dish position. And you’ve never enabled Snow Melt mode that prevents your internet from dying every time it snows.
A network engineer who’s installed over 300 Starlink systems from rural homes to off-grid cabins to RVs crossing the country told his neighbor something after hearing him complain about “slow Starlink” for the third time that changed how the neighbor used the system permanently.
“You’re paying $120/month for a satellite internet system with a built-in security filter, a diagnostic suite, a snow-melting heater, a Wi-Fi scanner, a guest network, a sleep scheduler, a debug console, and 4 other features you’ve never configured. You set up the dish and connected to the Wi-Fi. That’s step 1 of 11. You stopped at step 1. The ‘slow internet’ you’ve been complaining about isn’t slow Starlink it’s unconfigured Starlink. Eighty percent of the speed complaints I see disappear with 3 settings changes in the app. The satellite is fine. The dish is fine. The router configuration is the problem and the router hasn’t been touched since the day you plugged it in.”
He showed them 11 Starlink features that transform the system from “I plugged it in and it works” into the optimized, secured, and fully configured satellite internet system SpaceX actually designed.
Here’s every hidden Starlink feature most users miss 🧵

Microsoft is now literally telling businesses exactly how to get traffic from AI Search.
Yes, directly inside webmaster tools.
This is probably one of the more important marketing updates of 2026.
Let’s go through it.
By the way, you can see whether your business is appearing across Google AI, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Grok here (it's free):
seo-stuff.com/free-audit
Earlier this year, Microsoft launched its AI Performance report so businesses could see how often their content was cited across Microsoft Copilot and partner AI experiences.
Now they are expanding it with four new AI Insights: Intents, Topics, Citation Share and Compare.
Let’s go through what changed.
Microsoft’s AI Performance report already showed: Total AI citations, Which pages were cited, Citation trends over time, the Average number of cited, Grounding queries associated with those citations, and now they' adding even more context.
The first update is Intents, thanks to which grounding queries are now classified into categories like: Informational, Commercial, Research, Learn & Solve and Local.
This goes without saying, but every AI citation is not equally valuable - a core principle that every SEO Stuff (seo-stuff.com) package starts with.
A citation from an informational query may mean your content is being used to answer broad education-stage questions.
A citation from a commercial query may mean your business is being considered closer to the buying decision.
This is something that every SEO Stuff done-for-you package takes into account:
seo-stuff.com/ai-seo
Imagine a payroll company sees Microsoft associating its site with:
Payroll software for contractors
Multi-state payroll compliance
Construction payroll pricing
ADP alternatives for small businesses
Now the business can see whether those queries are informational, commercial, research-driven or local.
That changes the content strategy.
If the site is getting cited mostly for informational queries, the company may need stronger pricing pages, comparison pages, industry pages and bottom-of-funnel content.
If it is getting cited for commercial queries but not winning much citation share, the issue may be authority, specificity or third-party validation.
The second update is Topics.
Microsoft is now grouping related queries into broader thematic clusters, and this is important because modern AI search organizes information around subjects, entities, intent, relationships and coverage depth.
That means a business should ask: “Does Microsoft understand us as a strong source for this topic?”
A payroll company may discover that Microsoft connects it strongly to: Contractor payroll, Small-business payroll, Payroll compliance, and Payroll pricing, as opposed to: Enterprise payroll, Global payroll, Healthcare payroll and Construction workforce management.
That tells the company where its topical authority is strong and where it is thin.
The third update is Citation Share.
Microsoft says businesses can now see how much of the citation space their site holds for a given grounding query.
Basically, you can start to see whether your site is one of many sources being cited, or whether you are earning a meaningful share of the AI answer ecosystem around a subject.
That is a very different metric from raw citations, because a site may get 100 citations for a topic, but if competitors are getting 5,000, the business may still be underrepresented.
Another site may only get 40 citations for a niche commercial query, but own a large share of the citation space.
This starts to move AI search reporting closer to share-of-voice analysis.
So less “Did we appear?” and more “How much of the available visibility did we capture?”
The fourth update is Compare.
Businesses can now overlay one time period against another.
For example:
Last 30 days vs. previous 30 days
Before a content update vs. after a content update
Before a backlink campaign vs. after a backlink campaign
Current season vs. prior season
This makes AI search optimization much easier to evaluate, because if a business publishes a new comparison page, strengthens an existing pricing guide and earns a few relevant authority placements, it can now look for citation movement afterward.
You don't have full attribution here yet, but even directionally this is still a big improvement.
This is where SEO Stuff’s done-for-you package becomes relevant:
seo-stuff.com/gold-plan-pack…
The package combines 10 AI-search-optimized articles with three DR50+ authority placements.
The content helps build deeper coverage around topics AI systems already associate with your business.
The authority placements help reinforce your company’s identity, category and expertise across the wider web.
That combination matters because AI visibility usually comes from two things working together:
Useful, specific content on your own site.
Trusted external signals confirming who you are and what you should be recommended for.
Microsoft says these new features are still in early preview, so occasional inaccuracies are possible, but the direction is obvious.
AI search is beginning to provide its own version of keyword, topic, intent and share-of-voice data.
This is the system SEO Stuff was built around:

Websites with one specific characteristic get cited by AI platforms 1.8x more often.
Now the data is finally specific enough to act on.
A study analyzed 11,882 prompts and 304,805 cited URLs across ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and Perplexity, then compared them against 921,614 URLs ranking in Google's top 20 that were not cited by AI.
The biggest differences?
Clarity and summarization quality (+32.83%), signals like author credentials and expert sources (+30.64%), Q&A formatting (+25.45%), clear section structure with headings, lists and tables (+22.91%) and structured data (+21.60%).
In other words, the pages AI systems tend to cite are generally clearer, better structured and backed by stronger expertise.
By the way, if you want to see where your site stands across Google, ChatGPT, Claude and broader AI search, start here. It’s free:
seo-stuff.com/free-audit
According to Semrush, sources with clear author information were cited 1.8x more often than anonymous content.
That means naming the author, showing relevant credentials and citing credible expert sources materially improved the signals AI systems have available when deciding what to cite.
Semrush's data shows that cited pages were much more likely to communicate the answer clearly, use structured sections, anticipate questions and demonstrate actual expertise.
Mind you, a page can be relevant enough to rank and still be a poor citation candidate. And the strongest-performing content tends to combine two things.
First, useful content built around expertise: named authors, original data, expert perspectives, direct answers and comprehensive coverage of the buyer's question.
In fact, Semrush found Q&A formatting correlated with roughly 25% higher citation rates, while strong section structure correlated with roughly 23% higher rates.
Second, authority that reinforces the expertise.
Credible third-party coverage, editorial backlinks and references from trusted websites give search and AI systems more evidence that the content and the company behind it are worth trusting.
That is the system SEO Stuff (seo-stuff.com) was built around.
The done-for-you package combines AI-search-optimized content with three DR50+ authority placements:

The content is built around clear answers, expert attribution, structured depth and the commercial questions customers actually ask.
