The Bengals O is like the Cowboysโฆ when they have big offensive days itโs bc the players just make plays.. but the scheme does nothing to help. Both teams have playmakers all over with CeeDee, George, Tee, Chase but they donโt find creative ways to get them the ball consistently

If you want to win your league, you NEED to win the waiver wire battle first
Here are the players worth going to war for this week ๐
I know Tate is a question mark depending on if ward steps up. Seems like too early to give up. Ward is a baller

Low man doesnโt always win.
Pad level itself isnโt as important as you think.
Donโt need to keep a post foot or post into the LOS.
Dropping your ass lower isnโt gaining leverage.
Rolling hips & getting extension in the run game isnโt optimal.
Hopping immediately against a bullrush isnโt always a good response.

This is it. They were the best at everything bc, they were the best at everything. The truth is schools push it bc they want to win and winning = those handful of best athletes in your school. Play what you enjoy, but you better in HS build skill at your main sport or elseโฆ.

One thing was true after Pre Testing this year. The 7 athletes that used @SHREDmillSpeed before coming to XPE (and half were in high school still!), where all in the top of the Pre Tests for ground speed against top of top WRs and DBs from college. THIS. CAN. BE. SIMPLE.

๐จBREAKING: Kyren Lacys lawyer said all he needed was one more day to clear his name
โI needed Kyren to hold on for 1 day. God needed him sooner. I can promise you this, he always asked, โMr. Matt, you got me, dawg?โ Kyren, I promise you, I got you, dawgโ

For youth, it all starts with being able to get in an athletic position, and master the posture and recruitment of that athletic position.
From the athletic position, Iโd build out specific OL stances and work takeoff/departure, moving them in multiple directions.
I'd work ground-up fundamentals and getting them to control their body at a high volume more than doing "drills."
