Absolutely fucking insane that I have Sportsnet included with my TV package for the sole purpose of watching oiler games, and I can’t even watch tonight’s game because I apparently don’t already spend enough lmao. @Sportsnet fuck you greedy cucks

Our business spends $873.44 a month with @Rogers on tv, phone and internet. Every variation of Sportsnet....most showing poker and darts all day.
We can't watch the Oilers game tonight 😂
I'm sorry...I'm not spending another cent.
@Sportsnet @NHL @EdmontonOilers
Finally free to watch one of my first full Oilers games this season and… I can’t, because of this Sportsnet+ bullshit. You guys are such assholes @Sportsnet.

Harvest is done, but it’s still #gotime until the weather changes!
Putting down some Avadex, the first step in what we hope is a successful, layered #spray27 program.

Finally found the #lastpass of #Harvest26 last night.
Very thankful for those that helped, the bushels we were blessed with, and safety along the journey.

Iswear I spend half of some movies adjusting the volume.
Turn it up because everybody is whispering.
Thirty seconds later the music kicks in and the whole house shakes.
Turn it back down.
Somebody starts talking again and now I can’t hear them. Now i'm using the subtitles and I guess they aren’t for foreign movies anymore.
They’re for understanding what the hell everybody is saying.

It took Rhodesians roughly 90 years of concentrated engineering, fiscal discipline, and institutional planning to build the industrial, agricultural, and logistical powerhouse that was handed over at Independence from Britain in 1980.
They built a highly sophisticated, self-sustaining economy that could withstand global isolation, comprehensive international sanctions, and a protracted civil war.
They laid the railway tracks, engineered the electrical grids, constructed the water infrastructure, and turned the country into the undisputed breadbasket of Southern Africa.
And ZANU-PF managed to completely dismantle and gut that entire legacy in less than their first 20 years of rule.
By the time the year 2000 arrived, the foundational pillars of the state were already structurally hollowed out.
Think about the sheer velocity of that decay. You went from a globally competitive currency and top-tier industrial output to the total evaporation of property rights, the weaponization of the central bank, and the absolute destruction of the agricultural supply chain.
It takes generations of meritocracy, rule of law, and rigorous economic planning to construct world-class infrastructure. But it only takes a single generation of economic illiteracy, unbridled corruption, and predatory political patronage to turn it all into a cautionary tale.
The tragedy isn't just that they didn't know how to build; it's that they didn't even know how to maintain what was already built.

To my Canadian friends that I know or haven't yet met.
I'm a girl born & raised in Buffalo 🦬
The #BuffaloSabres are playing right now.
I sang the entire Canadien National Athem, as I do before EVERY Sabres home game.
We are still friends. No matter what.

What the fuck are we even doing here? Start allowing media to grill Referees on their judgement in post game pressers and this shit ends.
But the NHL wants the Panthers to get away with this in the name of “growing the game.”@NHLPlayerSafety
