Sweet. I have been waiting for this. My diagnosis won't kill me... but diminished capacity will definitely prevent me from advocating for myself when I'm old. I have celiac disease and I don't want to die in excruciating pain and a puddle of my own diarrhea because no LTC home has a dedicated gluten free kitchen.

Shocking - New Liberal MAID bill would allow MAID/euthanasia to be administered in certain circumstances WITHOUT informing the patient of what is about to happen. If someone signs an advance request, the practitioner would NOT be required to even talk to them before ending their life.
