🚗 Being the driver: a privilege and a responsibility 🚗
Getting your licence means freedom - driving friends to college, giving siblings lifts, or being the designated driver on nights out.
But here’s the catch 👉 The more same-age passengers a new driver carries, the greater the crash risk.
In the first 6–12 months, young drivers are still building skill. Add distractions - even from sober friends - and focus drops fast.
✅ Safer choices:
🚗 Make a family agreement: only one same-age passenger for the first 3–6 months.
🚗 Parents: offer group lifts or support taxi/public transport costs.
Let’s help young drivers build confidence - safely.
