I just caught up on some of the recent posts from @DataRepublican, and they’re chilling—not primarily because they outline a violent uprising, but because they reveal a strategy of manufacturing a constitutional crisis in which states declare the federal government illegitimate. What’s alarming is the sheer ignorance and hubris of the people treating this as a workable path. They appear to believe such a rupture can be contained or directed, yet they show little understanding of either American history or the practical consequences of delegitimizing the federal order. The people driving this approach are largely led by academics who have never borne responsibility for real-world outcomes, military officers who couldn’t produce a coherent strategy to win a twenty-year war, and former intelligence officials whose records inspire little confidence. They seem prepared to sacrifice institutional stability—and the young idealists who would be drawn into the resulting chaos—while remaining safely removed from the fallout themselves. What they fail to grasp is that the Constitution is not merely a set of rules that can be voided by state declaration. It is bound to the oaths of those sworn to defend it and to the habits of a population raised on the Bill of Rights. America is not Europe, China, or any other society in which a central authority can be nullified with limited resistance. Attempts to engineer a crisis of legitimacy will not remain a matter of legal posturing. They will collide with people who take their oaths seriously, and the resulting contest over authority is unlikely to stay bloodless. The American Civil War remains the deadliest conflict in U.S. history. Roughly 2% of the population died—men, women, and children—in what was, by historical standards, a relatively conventional war fought between uniformed armies. Scaled to today’s population, that figure approaches 7.5 million dead. A modern breakdown in which states and the federal government treat one another as illegitimate would almost certainly be worse: a grinding conflict fought in neighborhoods, towns, and cities, where the line between friend and enemy would be unclear and ordinary life would become impossible. Anyone of consequence would carry a target, and trust would collapse. This is not a call for violence. It is a plea to avoid the conditions that make violence probable. Many of us have seen what war actually does, and we understand the cost that would be imposed on the next generation because some believe their preferred political outcome can be forced by creating a crisis of legitimacy. Trump leaves office in two years. If the goal is to alter the constitutional order, the Framers already provided the mechanism for doing so. Use it. Do not manufacture a crisis that invites states to treat the federal government as illegitimate while others pay the price. As Sherman put it: “It is only those who have neither fired a shot nor heard the shrieks and groans of the wounded who cry aloud for blood, more vengeance, more desolation. War is hell.”

This is where you get yourself in trouble America. If you believe "governors aren't participating in a pact to destroy the Constitution. Governors simply have agreed to push back on the Insurrection Act." you've lost the plot. There isn't a single governor in the United States that will 'push back on the Insurrection Act' that doesn't know exactly what is being planned. This is a huge mistake that ppl consistently make when dealing with evil forces. For 70 years most ppl have believed the CIA is just a bunch of bumbling idiots that screwed up everything they touched. Lurching behind the facade was something much more evil, they controlled entire narco networks, overthrew over 90 countries, trained assassins conducted Operation Gladio, Condor, Phoenix, etc. You don't get selected to be governor via the democrat party without being read into the program, in general, and in the case of the ones be groomed for higher office much if not all of the plan. As a matter of fact, as we've proven over the last several years, using the Fabian and Pilgrims Society, this 100 years journey is well documented. It isn't hidden as many believe it to be. The only ppl it is hidden from IS THE AMERICANS. They literally wrote it down: the constitution is a barrier and will be dismantled. Their Fabian disciple Woodrow Wilson began the process with the Fed and all the amendments that destroyed our Republic. AGAIN, none of this is a secret. The governors know exactly what their role is and wouldn't be there if they didn't agree to go along. They have methods of ensuring that fact. If a single one of them refuses to carry out their specific job, a scandal will magically appear, someone near to them will die (ask Kemp about that)...it's why they join secret societies, its why they belong to secret organizations or Trilateral Commission/CFR etc. It is critical everyone understand this. While I agree that many of the lower echelons are just fighting the man as brainwashed idiots, that is absolutely not true of the top echelons, it would be a critical mistake to think so.
🚨🚨THE DEMOCRACY FILES, PART 1: THE PLAN 🚨 I am working on gathering all the documents. Now, here's something to understand about the "democracy" and protest ecosystem: almost nobody knows the 'grand plan' so to speak. They simply agree to play a role. For example, 99% of people breaking stuff on the streets believe they're doing it out of an organic uprising. They don't see that the police have been ordered to stand down. They don't see that legal services have already been arranged for them. They don't see that foundations are paying for their bonds. Similarly here, governors aren't participating in a pact to destroy the Constitution. Governors simply have agreed to push back on the Insurrection Act. The effect is the same: the governors end up playing a role in a grander plan. I call this "shared epistemology" in my book Unelected. Motivations differ, people rarely agree to the big evil supervillain framing, but incentives all converge in the same end goal. No Kings might not agree to explicitly tear down the Constitution, but they nonetheless work with DSA and will turn out millions of people if the right phone call is put in. Here is one articulation of the plan - and crucially, since then, they have put many NGOs in their places to execute their proper role at all levels when the time is right. Many more coming.

Help Spencer earn his gallon of gas.
Steve Hilton said he’d buy me a gallon of gas if I produced a viral ad for his campaign. California dems have voted the same way for years and all our friends are fleeing the state. It’s time to vote different. It's OK to vote different. Just try it!

Meet Manka Dhingra -she is the Deputy Majority Leader in the WA State Senate -she is one of the prime sponsors of the unconstitutional income tax -in fact on her campaign website until just earlier this year she asserted that a progressive income tax is unconstitutional -which means she knows better On this Kiro news clip she is asked if she is worried about people moving away Her glib response it to compare the income tax to the fee increases for Amazon and Netflix But both of those two services offered better service with their fee increases… WA state since Dhingra was elected to the Senate has doubled the amount of money it takes from taxpayers but watched schools, roads, bridges, public safety, the ferry system all decline while crime, cost, traffic, homelessness have gotten much worse. Maybe maybe if they were providing better services their unconstitutional income tax might have a leg to stand on but you be the judge. Have they made things better while spending twice as much money? Vote Yes on I-645 to Repeal this unconstitutional income tax kiro7.com/news/local/will-wa…

Here's how I think it worked: - Intentionally shoddy voter rolls are the feedstock - D SecOfState gives registration data to NGO1 - NGO1 identifies low propensity voters and gives the list to NGO2 - NGO2 oversees a network of local street level ballot harvesters for given lists and targets..which if they do not meet will result in them not being included next election. There doesn't need to be a central committee or anybody making all the decisions, and the only people really breaking the law are low-level harvesters. The fraud self-organizes, but it costs an enormous amount of money. Marc Elias and Norm Eisen are the tip of the spear of a huge legal network getting the rules in place to allow the fraud, and all those NGOs and street level harvesters are on the payroll. It adds up. There were 20-30K democracy/ election related NGOs in the US with reported funding of $3.4B in 2020; that's what the Zuckbucks and Soros paid for. On top of that, there are another 500K "advocacy" NGOs funded at $50B, which is important because the money is fungible and it sloshes around these left wing networks; that's the work @DataRepublican has been doing. So much money and tens of thousands of people on the payroll, all with the single job of maximizing @TheDemocrats votes. Drying up the money cripples the networks. Cleaning the rolls reduces the feedstock, which is important even if the blue states don't participate because lots of red states have bright blue dots in them; think Jacksonville and Houston. Deportations and ICE drain the front line workforce. And lots of those frontline workers are involved in other shady Learing Center type operations and are gonna be lying low, especially if HSI and ICE are at the polls. Evidence: NoKings fizzled, and there were no mass protests this summer. Even Cornell7, AI Apocalypse, and Black Girl Lynchings seem half-hearted, and the 2020 playbook doesn't work anymore. It was all manufactured, and the network that produced it is fractured and under assault. It's a bummer that the SaveAct didn't get passed, but I think all these actions are still going to reduce the fraud, and I further believe that our being a 50/50 country is an illusion. Without the election and census shenanigans, we should already be up 40 seats in the House.

One of the most unfortunate things in the online discourse is how little people realize that there are very, very solid people, some of the best we’ve had for decades, on the ticket right now to be elected to public office. Jace Yarbrough is a great example. He’s won his primary in what was a completely safe Republican seat and is pretty much guaranteed to end up in Congress. He’s been extremely vocal in being anti-immigration both legal and illegal, he’s been supportive of lowering home costs and making them more affordable specifically so young men can actually get these and better raise families, he’s been very outspoken as to our heritage and its importance in preservation of it. He wants to win and to actually make things better, is going to be elected come November guaranteed, and yet, he has less than 7k followers and hasn’t gotten even close to the attention he deserves as someone who is in the vanguard of changing up the GOP into a party interested in getting actual wins and advancing things for the American people. He’s definitely someone to pay attention to in the future and who should be understood and highlighted more, and the people who just want to doom and say it’s all betrayal and nothing good exists should recognize we do actually have those who are on our side who are currently or very shortly will be in positions of power.
Great countries do not subject their communities to third-world tribalism. We will root out the immigration fraud that’s transforming our country.

Projection is the only path the Leftist retards have available. They scream fascism while practicing tyranny but are too daft to see their own hypocrisy. The only solution is SEVERE consequences. Bankruptcies due to non-stop law fare, eventual lockup in federal prisons.
BREAKING: Statement From Sean Davis, CEO and Co-Founder of The Federalist: Corrupt cop Jack Smith spied on The Federalist and accessed our communications during his lawless anti-Trump witch hunt. We are still working to determine which of our reporters were targeted by Jack Smith and which journalistic communications he and his thugs seized. The latest facts about Jack Smith’s illegal jihad were released by Sen. Charles Grassley during a Senate Judiciary Committee oversight hearing on Tuesday. The Federalist’s team of investigative reporters exposed the Russian collusion hoax. We exposed the Kavanaugh hoax. We exposed the Ukraine impeachment hoax. And The Federalist’s Editor-in-Chief Mollie Hemingway wrote the definitive account of how Democrats seized control of election infrastructure and destroyed the integrity of American elections in 2020. For over a decade, The Federalist has fearlessly exposed Deep State corruption and DOJ lies and lawfare. Spying on us was apparently part of Jack Smith’s plot to get revenge against us. The First Amendment is the bedrock of the American Constitution. A free press is integral to the American republic and our entire way of life. And Jack Smith fed the whole thing through a shredder in his insane and illegal attempt to rig the 2024 elections through lawfare, intimidation, and unconstitutional attacks on free speech and the First Amendment. As shocking as this news may be to some, I am not surprised to learn of this behavior by Jack Smith and the Biden administration. At the direction of the Biden administration, the federal government illegally censored The Federalist, tried to bankrupt us, and was eventually forced to admit it had zero legal authority to do any of it. We took these thugs to court and won when we learned of their illegal censorship efforts, and we will explore all legal options going forward to deal with Jack Smith’s lawless and un-American attempts to silence us by spying on us. Nobody in corporate media said a word in our defense when we were illegally censored. Outlets like CNN and the New York Times, which posture as First Amendment purists, had nothing to say about the Biden administration’s illegal attempts to punish us for our rigorous and accurate journalism. I have zero doubt that they will be similarly silent today, because they are partisan hacks who supported Jack Smith’s egregious lawfare every step of the way. Unlike corrupt corporate media, The Federalist will always fearlessly and accurately report the news, even in the face of never-ending Democrat assaults on the First Amendment, free speech, and freedom of the press. We will never back down, and we will never stop reporting the facts and defending the greatest nation and greatest people on earth. Hillary Clinton couldn’t stop us, Joe Biden couldn’t stop us, and Jack Smith’s corrupt thuggery won’t stop us.

WA’s new 9.9% income tax only hits household income over $1M, starting in 2028. You don’t have to be rich to owe it, though. You just need one weird year. Four examples: 🔹 Fremont startup designer She makes $150K and her teacher husband makes $85K. Her company gets acquired, and $1.1M of stock pays out as wages. $1.335M − $1M = $335K × 9.9% = $33,165 🔹 Kent warehouse manager He wins a $2M wrongful-termination verdict. His lawyer takes $800K. Add his wife’s $70K salary. $1.27M − $1M = $270K × 9.9% = $26,730 If the legal fees aren’t deductible: $2.07M − $1M = $1.07M × 9.9% = $105,930. That includes tax on money his lawyer kept. 🔹 Everett plumber He sells his 25-year-old shop for $3M. The goodwill is exempt, but the ordinary income isn’t: $600K equipment recapture + $500K non-compete/consulting + $120K salary = $1.22M $220K × 9.9% = $21,780 The same sale spread over 2 years: $0 🔹 Tacoma city worker She makes $95K and her husband makes $65K. They inherit $1.2M from her dad’s Boeing 401(k), and the plan pays it as a lump-sum check. $1.36M − $1M = $360K × 9.9% = $35,640 Rolled into an inherited IRA and drawn down over 10 years: $0 None of these people are millionaires. They each had one year where a lifetime of work, a legal fight or a family loss landed on a single tax return. Timing and paperwork decide who pays.

Voting yes on initiative 645 to repeal the state income tax is critical for the future of Washington. Encouraging to see the polling, but spread the word and get out the vote!
A majority of Washingtonians believe this tax is unconstitutional, it will eventually expand to hit them, and that the state is on the wrong track. This is an income tax and it is coming for everyone.
