In 2008, The Lionheart Foundation began our biggest pilot of the Power Source Program with youth in the adolescent units on Rikers Island.

We were fortunate to recruit committed facilitators to implement the program & help us to evaluate the impact on participants, one of whom was @Lesliebooker Booker. Booker brings her heart & wisdom to the intersection of Dharma + Embodied Wisdom + Social Justice.

One of the newest features are animated videos that staff can watch with youth to teach & reinforce key concepts and skills from our evidence-based youth program, Power Source. Created in partnership with Dartmouth College’s DALI Lab, check out this short clip!

We're committed to updating our programming to meet the needs of communities we serve. We’re excited to announce the release of two new resources in our EQ2 program’s section Providing Effective Supervision: Cultivating a Growth Mindset and Meeting Mistakes with a Growth Mindset.
1
After hearing that supervision of direct care staff is often difficult, we created this section on to help demystify supervision & offer support in best practices from an EQ2 perspective. We plan to release new material regularly! Available only with an active EQ2 subscription.
