The first step to changing the public's perception of your product is to acknowledge what the public's perception of your product is.
Anyone who knows me knows I don’t like/use absolutes. However, in this case let me be perfectly clear: No one who is legitimate will EVER cold call you and tell you they want to buy your #timeshare.

Today’s Timeshare PSA: If a self-proclaimed #timeshare expert refers to a timeshare as an investment, they’re not much of an expert.
Salespeople who sell #timeshare as an investment should be fired in my opinion. Consumers who purchase a #timeshare as an investment should get a smack on the head. Also in my opinion.
There’s a FB page dedicated to ‘#timeshare cancellation information’ and while that’s sad on its merits, I have to say it’s absolutely hysterical reading the scam companies going after each other. Remember that a #timeshare is governed by one, or more, legal contracts.
It never ceases to astonish me how many people fall for scams that use the word free. There are 3 other words that people need to avoid. Do you know what the are!

Sadly, all developer’s update meetings are sales pitches. If there truly was anything to update owners about, they’d probably email you.
Interesting read. Unfortunately only a tiny percentage of #timeshare owners ever get involved in the operations of their resort. To a large extent, this is by design in my opinion.
