1/10 Leadership in DAOs is crucial for achieving collective goals and improving productivity, motivation, and relationship quality. DAOs aim for humans at the edges, yet humans are still the central force shaping these organizations.

I know certain factions in the Biden administration have made it seem like crypto is a political issue. But a lot of Dems are pro-crypto and have crossed party lines multiple times (including just this week!) to express their support for crypto.
IMO, it’s not a good idea for the industry to only support one side. If that side doesn’t win, things could get even worse for crypto. It seems the better strategy is to not stoop to the level of those who would make it a political issue but instead court politicians on both sides of the aisle so you have supporters no matter which side is in power.

The pleasure was all mine! I loved speaking with you and your podcast is exactly what I think the space needs more of! 🙏
So last night I got to interview @LisaWocken for daowatch fireside, we discussed leadership within DAOs, keeping a DAO on course and what the future holds for DAOs.
Yet another PHD wielding super brain on the podcast (3/5)
I think I'm still high from the experience and can't wait to share the episode with you all this coming Friday.
In the meantime I've got the token engineering stakeholders study that she's been working on for the past year to get my head around and learn about.
