John Kelly's amazing new Wainwright Round of 5 days 12 hours consisted of roughly 112 hours of moving time and 20 hours of rest at the support points. Compared to the other top 5 he was moving at the speed of Paul and me with rests the same as Sabs and James.

There are now 9 Environment Agency flood warnings in force in Cumbria which means flooding is expected. These cover Keswick Campsite, Ulverston, Grasmere, Burneside, Egremont and Cockermouth - there’s more than 1 warning in some of these areas.
Due to continued rainfall across parts of the NW, we have now issued a further 2 #flood warnings for River Ehen @ #Egremont and River Cocker @ #SouthwaiteBridge, as well as a number of flood alerts.
