It’s not just the government that covered up Russian interference in Brexit. The press also played its part. This is one of the only times I was ever interviewed on the subject… by US media.
Here it is. This is the clip from yesterday's @CNN interview where I'm asked - for first time ever - about Brexit-Trump-Russia. "These vital questions of national security have been interpreted as about politics. And it's not about politics. It's about power. And about Putin."

A new study has examined 20,736 scientific publications about climate tipping points. Several of those are estimated to be crossed around 1.5 degrees warming, i.e. any time soon: permafrost thaw, Greenland Ice Sheet, North Atlantic Subpolar Gyre. theconversation.com/some-cli…

#bbclaurak @bbclaurak interrupts our Prime Minister far more than her own boss. Sadly unsurprising but does need to change So clearly LK's with the 'we mustn't raise taxes' brigade - it's so obvious. Why is that allowed on an impartial BBC? @BBCPolitics

Thank you @RhonddaBryant for defending the importance of the climate crisis. There definitely needs to be more notice given to it in Westminster & Whitehall #bbcaq @AlexForsythBBC pls don't let this American panellist say ludicrous things about net zero & the energy sector

Oh my goodness- she is off on it again #bbcaq why is she on my airwaves again spewing nonsense? She seems to be getting alot of airtime Has her think tank declared its funders? - surely the BBC expects that as a minimum. Would be v surprised id she wasn't funded by oil money

Hey @EvanHD you say twice 'you'll pay Inheritance tax on assets on your death' #bbcwato #bbcfiguringitout In fact most of us don't have enough assets to pay inheritance tax. There's so much confusion about IhT: you could've taken that opportunity to say what % of estates pay IhT
25
For goodness sake @bbclaurak you keep going on how high tax is - but it's fine for wealthy people to pay a high % of their top slice of income. You know jolly well they don't pay the highest rate on it all. And v little on their capital I don't care about Ratcliffe #BbcLaurak

#bbcqt you @joymorrissey say that you know what the British people think - but Beaconsfield is not typical of most of UK. People I know do care about devolution & funding a wide range of social & public services. We want our country to support the most vulnerable

How does he keep getting away with styling himself as a man of the people against the establishment? #bbclaurak

Find it so annoying that former Tory cabinet minister Zahawi in his Reform persona uses the 'broken Britain' slogan without any challenge that if Britain is broken then it was the Tories what done it @Sarah_Montague @ChrisMasonBBC #wato

On my goodness the Aberdeen guy @geoffaberdein stating that we can't do anything about the fact we currently are v reliant on oil & gas. We can't?!! Yes we can & we must That's surely the whole point - we need to hasten our transition to renewable sources & EVs #bbcaq

#r4today's neither piece on the Clacton by-election in 7am headlines or Joe Pike's at 7.10 mention the Count, and only in passing by Prof Sir John Curtice. Has someone instructed them not to? Clearly the most unique part of this extraordinary election
🚨 WATCH: Count Binface responds to Nigel Farage calling him the "establishment candidate" "That's interesting, isn't it? Because one of the candidates was a sitting MP, formerly an MEP and the architect of Brexit... if that's not the establishment, I'd like to know what is"

How disappointing - interview with Energy Secretary by @amolrajan seemed to be questioning need for NetZero Can you please start these conversations @BBCr4today with the knowledge that climate change needs tackling. That's what most people want #r4today

So so disappointing if @andyburnham has chosen to allow more North Sea drilling #r4today I had more hope. Doesn't bode well
Never forget that as early as the 1950s the oil industry knew this was *exactly* the crisis their pollution would create, but instead of warning the public, they funded massive, ongoing disinformation campaigns and lobbied against clean energy. Climate change isn’t a tragedy, it’s a crime.
