"Codename: Surge"
Created along with Codename: Tide by Dr. Starline to be the Regime's answer to the Resistance's top operatives. It didn't stick though. They escaped and formed their own Mad-Max society of people who want nothing to do with the Regime and the Resistance.

I've decided I'm gonna be share more art that I spontaneously finish xD.. they're all Witchfall related after all! As for this lovely lady, you will meet her on your travels in the full game!
She will be voiced by the wonderful @TrishaMellon

My take on Surge having a super form. I think she'd be called "Power Surge". Dunno if Surge can even use the Chaos Emeralds, but it'd still be cool to see a proper transformation, rather than just giving her rainbow Wisp energy (though Dynamo Cage Surge was cool in her own way).
