Viral video of police being called to a youth soccer game near Orlando, Florida, is drawing outrage, with some claiming the cops showed up because a 3-year-old child was too good, while the league's director says the call was made because the parents were being disruptive.
The parents agreed to leave the field and the league, but told police they would like a refund — a stipulation the league's director had already told officers he agrees to.

He was charged with involuntary manslaughter as a result of the incident at SEPTA’s 34th Street station in Philly.
In a bench trial, Philadelphia Common Pleas Judge Diana Anhalt found Wearing NOT guilty of involuntary manslaughter.
Wearing had a separate open case in Delaware County involving a prior strangulation charge; he later pleaded guilty in that matter and received a county jail sentence of 11½–23 months,
