.@Muse This is your last chance to respond to me about my case before I have to take it to the Illinois Attorney General, which I don't want to do. I love Muse. I use it daily. I paid for it. I invited people. Please fix this error. Here are the details: I am a paying Muse Power subscriber in the United States. Video generation worked on my account in September, and it worked before I paid. Since October 13, every attempt has failed with this error: "Video generation isn't available in your country or region." I am not in another country. When I subscribed, Muse even tried to price me in PKR, Pakistani rupees, so my account region has been wrong before. Today is day 5. We have logged 83 failed checks. I reported this in the app starting October 13. My Bug ID is 2109279696624539. My reports were merged into one case. I sent detailed messages asking you to fix the region on my account, and I asked for compensation because I paid for a feature I can no longer use. On October 15, support answered with a canned reply that addressed none of it and closed my ticket. I replied asking to reopen and escalate it. Nobody has answered. I tweeted about this. I put the link under Alexandr Wang's post. I sent him $1 on X Money with my case note. I DM'd him. No response. I cannot even get help through Meta Verified, because I have been put back on the waitlist for my Facebook profile, even though I already had Meta Verified and paid for it before. All I am asking is simple: check the region attached to my account, fix it, restore my video generation, and answer my case. Please do not make me file this complaint. @alexandr_wang @Meta @finkd
