When Intelligence Moves Value — Global Payments & Onchain Finance
⏰ October 6 | 1:30–6:00 PM

The summit will explore four defining themes:
Panel 1 · Agentic Payments
Once agents gain the ability to pay, intelligence begins to turn into economic action.
Panel 2 · Global Trade Corridors
For stablecoins to enter global trade, they must work across collections, acquiring, FX, and local settlement.
Panel 3 · RWA at Scale: From Asset Issuance to Distribution & Liquidity
RWA scales through what comes after issuance: distribution and liquidity.
Panel 4 · When Wall Street Goes Onchain: Tokenized Equities, Clearing & AI Composability
When equities and clearing move onchain, they become programmable financial building blocks that AI can access and compose.
///
All four panels lead to one question:
What happens to the financial system when agents can pay, access markets, and interact with assets programmatically?
The people building agents, moving money, supplying assets and liquidity, and managing compliance and financial risk will meet in the same room.
This is where new products, market connections, and long-term partnerships begin.

🔥 @MustStopMurad is the godfather of Memecoin.
We’ve been rugged countless times in the meme-gambling market, yet the social movement nature of memes still keeps hope alive deep inside us.
It’s a game of winners take all. When a memecoin succeeds, it becomes a social movement; when it fails, it’s nothing but speculative gambling.
【Robinhood Watch】 @RobinhoodApp Social is officially live
🔥 Our take: the most compelling part is the upcoming Social widget in Legend—bringing verified trading signals directly into the workspace where traders analyze the market and make decisions. That’s the bigger play we see for Robinhood.
⏩ Skip to 1:20 in the video to see Social × Legend in action.
Here’s the workflow:
Open a post that catches your interest, click its trade card, and overlay the shared trades on your own chart. See the buy and sell markers, drill down into execution prices and quantities, then decide whether to place your own trade.
Trade idea → Verified trades → Your own chart → Self-directed execution.
At the launch, Robinhood positioned Legend as “the only pro trading platform with verified social signals built right into your workflow.”
Legend puts social information in a valuable spot: the very screen a trader is using to analyze the market, right before making a decision.
That integration is worth watching.
///
Zooming back out, Social adds a trade-discovery layer to the Robinhood ecosystem. This is already well-established territory:
🔸 Binance Square already supports verified trade sharing, P&L, entry and exit points, and position performance.
🔸 OKX has more established trader analytics and Copy Trading tools.
🔸 eToro has spent years building around Social Investing and CopyTrader.
🔸 Base App brings social, trading, and payments into one product, with availability across many international markets.
Robinhood’s answer is taking shape through the Social × Legend combination:
1️⃣ Users open Social before they’ve decided what to trade.
2️⃣ An idea catches their attention, and they bring it into Legend to study it.
If that becomes a habit, @RobinhoodCrypto moves one step earlier in the trading journey—into the moment a trade idea takes shape.
Robinhood Social is now live for everyone.
When we started with verified trades, we knew it was just the first step.
Today you can share your charts, P&L, allocations, follow the people you already trust, and get news and company updates the moment they land. And in the coming weeks, it's all on Legend.
I've wanted this for a long time. And now it's live in the app. Go check it out.
【Onchain Funds Watch】 Bringing Tokenized Funds into Traditional Investment Channels
Prometheum and Federated Hermes have announced a strategic partnership. The first tokenized fund under the partnership is expected to launch in Q1 2027.
🔥 The key here is distribution: the partnership aims to connect tokenized funds to the existing U.S. ecosystem of broker-dealers, investment advisers, and clearing infrastructure.
Here’s who does what 👇
1️⃣ Federated Hermes: Investment management and fund products.
It is an established active asset manager with $911.6B in total assets under management as of June 30, 2026.
Under the partnership, it will contribute active management expertise, a longstanding focus on fiduciary responsibilities, and tokenized product solutions.
2️⃣ Prometheum: Distribution and operational infrastructure.
It provides digital securities services through its SEC-registered, FINRA-member broker-dealer subsidiaries.
ProFinancial will support product distribution. Prometheum Capital will handle custody, clearing, and settlement, while making Federated Hermes’ tokenized products available to other broker-dealers through its correspondent clearing platform.
💡 The goal is to let investors access tokenized funds through the brokerage accounts and adviser relationships they already use—rather than having to start on a crypto-native platform.
That points to an important path forward for Onchain Funds:
👉 Funds adopting onchain technology do not necessarily require investors to switch platforms. Familiar investment channels can gradually connect them to new fund formats.
The infrastructure can evolve without forcing investors to change their entry point.
🔗 Official announcement:
federatedhermes.com/newsroom…
Today we announced a strategic partnership with Federated Hermes, Inc. to distribute tokenized securities through traditional broker-dealer channels.
We believe this will provide product issuers the blueprint for how tokenized funds will reach mainstream investors through the regulated intermediaries they already rely on.
Over $14B in tokenized U.S. Treasury and money market funds alone are on-chain, per rwa.xyz — but almost none of it is accessible through traditional brokerage accounts. ProFinancial will support the distribution of the tokenized products, and Prometheum Capital will custody, clear, and settle these products. Any authorized broker-dealer that clears through us can begin to offer tokenized products to clients without building its own crypto asset infrastructure.

🔥 The U.S. is pushing crypto finance forward. Are industry insiders really excited?
At the #AGENTICMONEY2026 summit, we spoke with nine industry professionals about their views on the U.S. push to develop stablecoins, tokenize traditional assets, and bring U.S. equities on-chain.
The conversation focused on three questions:
💡 Is the U.S. government and Wall Street’s push to tokenize traditional assets an opportunity or a risk for the market?
💡 How could these policies and industry shifts affect your company’s business? Could they drive growth?
💡 If you were a U.S. voter, would you vote for Trump?
From the opportunities that asset tokenization may create to questions about real demand, business adoption, and market impact, the interviewees shared their perspectives on this changing landscape.

Robinhood Chain: beyond the hype 🔍
@RobinhoodCrypto
Activity has cooled. But that’s only part of the picture.
Over the past week, average daily transactions fell ~42% compared with mid-September, while daily active addresses dropped ~30%.
Capital and trading data tell a different story:
💰 Over $1B remains in onchain applications
🪙 Stablecoin supply sits at roughly $1.1B
📈 Perpetuals trading volume continues to grow
Lower activity alone doesn’t tell us whether an ecosystem is losing traction. The bigger question is whether users, capital, and product demand persist as the initial buzz fades.
Robinhood Wallet has also extended gas-free swaps through year-end. With incentives still in place, sustained usage remains an important test.
👀 Three areas to watch next:
🔸 Continued growth in Stock Tokens
🔸 Capital retention across DeFi
🔸 Whether perpetuals and Agent products can turn initial interest into repeat usage
The first wave of attention may be fading.
What comes next matters more: lasting demand, sustained liquidity, and products people keep using.
Robinhood Chain @RobinhoodCrypto
Stock Token 还能不能继续长;
DeFi 里的钱会不会留下;

Great to have @UtechStables and @leoneast_ at Agentic Money 2026. 🙌
Issuance is only step one. RWA scales when tokenized assets can be distributed, financed, and traded through institutional infrastructure.
Thanks for the builder’s perspective.
More to build together. 🌐
Grateful to join Agentic Money 2026 in Singapore yesterday.
Thank you to the hosts, @LongTreeLabs and @moneyinmotion26, for bringing builders across AI, payments, RWA, and onchain finance into one room. And thank you to everyone who came.
One session that stood out: the panel RWA at Scale: From Asset Issuance to Distribution & Liquidity, hosted by Will Liao (@moneyinmotion26). Our Onchain Growth Lead, Leon Li (@leoneast_), took the stage alongside Ryan Chan (@EddidFinancial), Ryan Chen (@DigiFTTech), and Liam Karwan (@chainlink).
The discussion looked at who is buying tokenized assets, how they reach investors after issuance, and what it takes to connect them with real financial use cases and lasting liquidity. It also covered stablecoins in real-world finance, tokenized assets as collateral, and the infrastructure institutions need to participate at scale.
For $U, that is the work: a stablecoin layer that can sit across issuance, distribution, and liquidity, so onchain assets are usable, not just issued.
🤔 @OpenETF co-founder @zkwifsats lays out three design challenges.
To me, they may all come down to the first:
✅ Getting fully onchain funds right.
That means more than making the narrative resonate. It means building a financial primitive that is secure, robust, and genuinely composable across DeFi.
⚖️ The other two—how the platform handles its power, and the responsibility that comes with other people's money—aren't separate from that work.
They have to shape the design itself:
what can be verified, where trust remains, and who is accountable.
🔓 Ultimately, that's how the “Open” in OpenETF becomes more than a name.
In a way, it's the kind of openness Web3 once set out to deliver.
🧩 The deeper shift may not just be funds moving onchain—but funds themselves being unbundled.
@RobinhoodApp × @TRowePrice_DA are exploring a Stock Token linked to an actively managed ETF. That’s a signal worth watching.
💡This step is about bringing investment exposure onchain.
🤔But what comes next?
Could strategy, execution, risk management, and subscriptions/redemptions become composable modules?
🔸 Agents manage strategies.
🔸 Smart contracts enforce execution rules and risk limits.
🔸 Clearly identified entities remain accountable for compliance.
Could an agent-driven onchain fund, with rules-based subscriptions and redemptions, become a new model for asset management?
The next wave may bring more than assets onchain.
🔥It may bring asset management itself.@vladtenev
We’re exploring a Stock Token linked to an actively managed ETF on Robinhood Chain, alongside @TRowePrice_DA, one of the world’s largest asset managers with $1.9T AUM. If successful, it would be the first Stock Token of its kind.
Institutions are here, and our rails are ready.
🎯Checkout is only the start of a cross-border payment flow.
At #AGENTICMONEY2026, Joanna Zhao brought DogPay’s merchant-side perspective to Panel 2. The discussion followed the full payment flow—from customer collection to settlement and onward business payments.
DogPay’s acquiring service lets customers pay in stablecoins while merchants can choose to settle in fiat or stablecoins.
⚡ That flexibility connects stablecoin acceptance with the way businesses actually manage money.
🤝 Looking forward to more opportunities to collaborate with @DogPay_.
Agentic Money 2026 brought together great conversations on the future of AI, global payments, and onchain finance.
Thanks to everyone who joined us in Singapore — excited to keep building the agentic money layer together!

🌍 Cross-border payments scale on certainty of receipt—not speed alone.
At AGENTIC MONEY 2026, @PhotonPay and Joey Xu brought this perspective to our Global Trade Corridors panel: connecting fiat and stablecoin rails across 21+ local currencies is central to serving emerging-market trade.
⚡ We look forward to taking the conversation further and exploring deeper collaboration with PhotonPay.
The panel wrapped. The thesis held. Thanks to @LongTreeLabs for hosting Agentic Money 2026. 🫶
Emerging-market trade runs on certainty of receipt, not speed alone. Fiat and stablecoin as one system, 21+ local currencies, settled with on-chain certainty.
Trade runs on rails. We build them to scale.

🔥Liquidium was once the top Ordinals NFT lending DApp built natively on the Bitcoin mainnet.
It recently added Robinhood support, and now Liquidium has also launched on Ethereum.
You can collateralize your NFTs to borrow ETH and unlock capital efficiency.
💡In fact, NFTs represent one of the best real-world implementations of blockchain technology. Beyond profile picture NFTs, I remain bullish on NFT art.
Liquidium keeps building in the NFT liquidity space. Once the native crypto market rebounds, Liquidium will still stand as the premier lending DApp within the NFT ecosystem.
🤝 Thank you, @OSLdotcom, for supporting AGENTIC MONEY 2026 as Title Sponsor—and to William Yuan for joining our Agentic Payments panel.
💡 William’s point captured the real challenge: an agent’s ability to pay is only the starting point. Adoption depends on compliant infrastructure that makes payments work in real business settings.
⚡ We look forward to building on this collaboration with OSL and exploring what’s next for agentic payments.
Agentic Money 2026 during #TOKEN2049 was a massive success! Hosted by @LongTreeLabs and @moneyinmotion26 , with OSL proud to join as Title Sponsor. 🚀
Packed house of builders & founders exploring the future of AI & programmable finance!
Highlight of the day: The panel Agentic Payments moderated by Hazel Hu (@GoKiteAI). Our very own William Yuan (OSL) took the stage alongside Yang Guang (@awscloud), Ted Bao (@StraitsX), and Kevin Yang (@FluxA_Official).
An AI agent’s ability to pay is only the starting point. The real challenge? Making those payments work in real business settings. William shared how regulated platforms like OSL provide the compliant infrastructure needed to turn agentic autonomy into real-world enterprise utility.
Huge thanks to the hosts, speakers, and everyone who packed the room! The future of autonomous commerce is here. 🔥
🚀The SEC’s exemption opened a door for tokenized stocks. The harder questions are just beginning.
Once a stock moves onchain — what does effective oversight need to see?
Tokenization only solves how assets are represented onchain. Once trading starts, critical questions emerge:
🔸 Who is trading?
🔸 How do positions shift?
🔸 How are prices formed?
🔸 Who bears accountability when things fail?
These answers will define if tokenized equities can function within real securities markets.
At #AGENTICMONEY2026 Panel 4: “When Wall Street Goes Onchain”, we unpacked tokenized equities, clearing & AI composability.
Post-panel, @DataDance_ CSO @oneforonehaha published a deep dive into the SEC Innovation Exemption and its regulatory tradeoffs.
✅ Key facts on the exemption:
🔸Temporary, conditional relief for qualified Tokenized Securities Venues
🔸Permits trading of selected tokenized NMS stocks via permissioned AMM pools
🔸Built on existing law — NOT a new market structure statute
🔸Not blanket approval for tokenized stock trading
🔸Bound by stock eligibility caps, volume limits, disclosure & trading halt requirements
The core challenge: market structure.
AMM pools operate very differently from traditional order books. Can classic rules — order protection, quote dissemination, tick sizes — work for AMM-based trading? The exemption is an experiment, not a final rulebook.
🔍 Supervisory visibility remains a major gap.
Public blockchains don’t map wallet addresses to real identities or full trading relationships. Who stores identity & transaction records? Where are regulations enforced? How much liability sits with venues?
Crypto exchanges have long worn multiple hats: market operator, asset gatekeeper, regulatory enforcement point. As rules mature, we need clearer separation of these responsibilities.
🇺🇸 US regulation is still fragmented between federal & state regimes. CFTC Chair Michael Selig’s Oct 5 remarks on CTX/CAM:
🔸Federal registration as an optional pathway
🔸Spot platforms mostly stay under state money transmission rules
🔸Retail leverage/margin platforms fall under separate CFTC rules
🔸Federal status will not override state licensing automatically
CFTC is also evaluating the status of software developers that don’t handle orders, execution or customer assets.
Tokenized equities are far more than “stocks onchain.”
They force us to resolve market design, oversight and venue accountability. Junny Ho’s analysis maps out what the SEC exemption achieves — and all the open questions still left.
- 对CEX/DEX是利好?
- Selig

🔥On the Ground | Panel 4 – When Wall Street Goes Onchain: Tokenized Equities, Clearing & AI Composability
Regulatory progress is opening the door for tokenized equities. Liquidity, distribution, custody, and clearing will determine whether the market can truly take off.
Panel 4 is tackling a few core questions: Which tokenized markets are likely to move first? Can AI agents create real value in equity markets, or will they mainly automate existing strategies? And can onchain clearing keep pace as agents trade, rebalance portfolios, and manage collateral continuously?
