I cold plunge first thing in the morning 5-7 min. @50°. I Infra-Red Sauna in the evenings after work-out. Found this total steal on FB Marketplace for $600. The deals are out there. Be patient on your budget, it will pop up. I store these on my patio. JNH Lifestyle Sauna.
