So - I was on the phone 3 hours last week to @Beko, and phone/text 4 hours this morning. They have £162 of my money. The engineer looked at thermometer in fridge, said can’t repair it, told me where to buy a new one.
Then Beko book me a random repair & keep the cash!

Significant news today, hearing that the #NHS is under investigation for the serious shortcomings that led to the #Nottinghamkillings. Equally significant that the victims’ families have the medical knowledge to initiate & drive the campaign to investigate. #valdocalocane

Trevor Philips, "Is it a sign or moral decay that your Conservative party colleagues were more interested in stuffing their pockets with gambling, than on helping hard pressed families in a cost of living crisis"
James Cleverly, "There is an investgation by the gambling commission"
TP, "It's not just one or two people, there's a lot of them"
JC, "That's not my understanding"
TP, "Were any of your cabinet colleagues involved"
JC, "The Gambling commission says we can't discuss this"
TP, "Why doesn't Rishi Sunak call in the alleged offenders, ask them did you place a bet, yes or no, and if the answer is yes, sack them"

Oh dear, the audience pissing themselves laughing at Rishi Sunak really won’t fill him with confidence 😬
Admitting his promise to reduce national debt has failed & actually it’s increased

Prices rose faster than increases in student loans across the academic year, leaving students with less money to cover their living costs.

NHS have promised they’ll learn the lessons from #LucyLetby . I’m old enough to remember the similarly unbelievable but horrific crimes of #BeverleyAllet. She was diagnosed with Munchausen by Proxy, but I haven’t seen that case even referred to with Lucy. Very very disappointing. – at Nottingham, England
