π¬π§ A Mother Cat and Her Three Kittens Were Abandoned in a Sealed Box Before Halloween
Just days before Halloween, a cardboard box left outside an animal rescue centre turned out to contain a heartbreaking surprise.
On October 16, staff at the RSPCA Canterbury and District Branch discovered a mother cat named Tricksy and her three kittens, Hexie, Jinksie and Spookie, abandoned inside a sealed cardboard box.
The box had only a few small air holes and was completely taped up. There was no food or water inside.
CCTV footage reportedly showed a car arriving around 12:50 a.m. before two people left the box outside the rescue centre and drove away.
Thankfully, the cats were discovered and taken into care. The RSPCA reported that all four were settling into the centre's cattery and doing well.
Once they have recovered, the rescue team hopes to find them loving forever homes.

π¨BREAKING: The Republican Womenβs Caucus Fund has been unmasked as the force behind the fake Texas Transgender Student Union (TTSU). This Wyoming LLC, formed in September, flooded as many as 3 million Texas mailboxes and phones with texts and brochures just as early voting began for the midterms.
Posing as a trans advocacy outfit, the materialsβaddressed to the children of registered votersβcoached minors on seeking gender-affirming care even against parentsβ wishes, pursuing emancipation, going out-of-state for hormones or surgery, and finding a βfound family.β They copied branding from the real Transgender Education Network of Texas (TENT) and used a near-identical address.
Legal filings named the Republican Womenβs Caucus and βJohn Braunββthe name of a Washington state senator whose campaign treasurer, Paul Kilgore, also handles finances for the RWC Fund and PACs supporting Ken Paxtonβs Senate bid against Democrat James Talarico. TTSUβs lawyer is former Paxton assistant AG Chris Hilton.
TENT sued, claiming harassment, threats, and operational harm. Judge Jan Soifer ordered disclosure, rejecting free-speech secrecy claims.
So, a Republican-linked group, with financial ties to Paxton-supporting PACs, mass-produced and distributed materials that impersonated a transgender student resource guide. In other words, the people who routinely accuse the transgender community of βindoctrinatingβ or targeting children, themselves produced and mailed the very content designed to look like that targetingβso parents would see it and react.
Every Republican accusation is a confession.

You know what keeps me up at night?
Knowing that no matter what we uncover about Donald Trumpβs involvement in the Epstein files or colluding with Russia, he wonβt live long enough for the American people to get any kind of justice.
Heβs already won the game because heβll never see a jail cell and he knows it.
