NEW FROM POLITICO: "94 percent support for Medicare for All among Democrats — up from 90 percent support the same survey documented last year — 60 percent support among independents, 55 percent support in conservative-leaning congressional battleground districts, and 19 percent support among voters who backed Trump in 2024."
Medicare for All has the momentum. It's our job to run with it to finally deliver health care as a human right when we take back power in November.

Shore Progress is proud to endorse Gov. @iamwesmoore for re-election.
His administration has invested millions in Eastern Shore communities, infrastructure, housing, waterways & the Bay. From schools to good-paying jobs, the Shore deserves a seat at the table.

Mr. President: I have a better idea. Instead of spending over a trillion dollars on never-ending wars abroad while plunging the working class into poverty here at home, let’s invest in universal childcare, Medicare for All and affordable housing.
America first!
Our Senators @AngelaAlsobrook and @ChrisVanHollen do amazing work.
It is time they join the call for new leadership in the Senate. Schumer must go.
While @RepAndyHarrisMD continues to play politics in DC, communities on the Shore are stepping up to take care of one another & demand Congress fund SNAP.
Yesterday, we deliver 653 pounds of food to the Eastern Shore Branch of the Maryland Food Bank.

680,000 Marylanders rely on SNAP to put food on the table, including:
120,000 older adults,
270,000 children and,
120,000 Marylanders with disabilities.
The federal government is leaving them in limbo.
But in Maryland, we protect our people.
. @RepAndyHarrisMD has now kept our Federal Government shutdown for over 5 weeks and refused to fund SNAP
SNAP prevents hunger here, & with over $6 billion in a Department of Agriculture fund to continue SNAP benefits, there will be no benefits issued on Nov 1.

The Baltimore Sun reports Mayor Randy Taylor plans to shut down Salisbury’s Housing First, a lifeline that gives people dignity, stability & a chance to rebuild.
This program works. It saves lives and taxpayer dollars. Ending it is cruel & short-sighted.

Trump’s latest delay stunt failed. A judge rejected his attempt to use the shutdown to stall the US Wind lawsuit.
BOEM has never revoked a permit once granted, and Trump already failed to stop Empire, Vineyard, and Revolution Wind. He’ll fail here too.

We are proud of the Progressive Leadership that our Senator @ChrisVanHollen showed when he called out the spineless politics of Democratic leadership who still have not gotten behind @ZohranKMamdani.
Too often, leadership has tried to throw a bone to our left flank without really respecting the voters who power this movement.
We are excited to watch you lose in court, but we are even more excited about the jobs and cheaper energy that will come to our region after this little stunt fails.
Maryland’s Eastern Shore is not a testing ground for green energy experiments. I thank the White House and DOT for standing with our community, defending our coastline, and working to terminate these reckless offshore wind projects once and for all.

For Eastern Shore residents, the promise of steady work and lower electricity bills is a rare opportunity in a region often left behind in statewide economic growth.
Shore Progress, a grassroots progressive organization, vowed to defend the project.

Well we found Mayor Meehan’s burner account.
As much as you might wish that was true. The data doesn’t lie: saveoceancity.net/polling
Replying to @LowerShoreProg
Everyone on the Eastern Shore hates it too other than those who will profit financially from it. Oh and offshore wind isn't reliable. It requires fossil fuel backup.
Fun Fact: Every Delegate celebrating this new desperate delay tactic on this press release is on the Western Shore.
The illegal stunt that outsiders and oil/gas lobbyists run will fail in court.
We will have reliable wind energy and good jobs on the Shore.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
The Maryland Freedom Caucus applauds the Trump Administration's halting of the US Wind project, after the hard-fought advocacy of our lone Republican Congressman and champion of sanity, @RepAndyHarrisMD.
