Got some good work in today!
Worked on weighted ball throws, fielding, and hitting. For hitting, I used my tidal tank, high tee, and worked on inside and outside pitches. Focused on getting my back shoulder to the ball and finishing through my swing!

Hitting session from yesterday.
Started by hitting off of a high / outside tee with paddle, short bat, and game bat: 1 & w 2 hand drills stopping at extension. Within these drills I’m being intentional on sequencing my back knee, hip, and shoulder - letting the hands follow to extension. Emphasis on load and coil.
Afterwards, I hit off a machine from 30 and 25 feet away at 45 mph. Ball is coming quick - so, timing has to be on point.
I’m not the biggest fan of hitting off of machine - turning my weakness into a strength.
Back at it again today this Sunday - let’s go!
