We had incredible back-to-back meet & greets last night! First, in Burlington, and then in Elkhorn with Assembly candidate Dr. John Perryman. At both of these events, I had the opportunity to hear from the constituents and address their concerns. From day one, we have made visiting every part of the district was a cornerstone of our campaign – you can’t represent a district without talking to the people you are working to represent. One week left to get out the vote!

Bryan Steil promised to look out for us, but instead, he voted to gut our healthcare and give tax breaks to billionaires. It's time for some new representation in Washington.

Another busy weekend out on the trail in the First District! We started early Saturday with a canvass launch in Greendale, then headed over to the Kenosha HarborMarket with Rep. Ben DeSmidt and chatted with folks and vendors there. We had another canvass launch in Kenosha and then swung by Apple Holler with my family, where we had some delicious apple cider donuts and slushies!

Grateful to the firefighters of Kenosha, Janesville, Oak Creek, and Racine for their support! They are on the frontlines of serving our communities, and in Congress, I'll work with our firefighters and all first responders to protect public safety.

This morning I was out at Beloit College with Rep Pocan! It was great to see such enthusiastic young voters coming out to share their priorities with us, for this election. On campus, we heard that students are concerned about the state of our democracy and being able to afford basic necessities. It’s time that we send a representative to Washington who is going to listen to constituents' concerns and actually do the work to improve our communities.

As an ER nurse, l've seen our healthcare system fail families and l've lived it. That's why I'm running for Congress. I've had enough of politicians in Washington putting billionaires ahead of working people and gutting healthcare families depend on.
