Come on, @TeamYouTube. There has still been no real human review of my channel. Don’t you understand that my channel has been terminated since January 10, 2025? I am asking for a second chance and a genuine human review of my case. I want a real person to carefully look at my situation and review the evidence, rather than relying only on an automated system. I worked hard on my channel and lost years of my work, memories, and community. I am simply asking for my case to be properly reviewed and for my situation to be heard. My channel Youtube Channel was terminated on January 10, 2025, at around 11:59 PM. My appeal was also rejected. My content mainly consisted of Gacha memes and animations, Super Mario and Sonic-related creative content, comic dubs, drawings, gaming videos, and animation projects that I created over several years. I started creating content years ago and worked hard to build my channel and community. My channel had: Around 1,100 subscribers. 159 videos. Around 4 years of work YouTube told me that my channel was terminated for repeated violations of the Community Guidelines involving circumvention. However, I don't understand what activity YouTube considered circumvention. I genuinely believe there may have been a misunderstanding or incorrect enforcement decision. I never intentionally tried to circumvent YouTube's policies. I'm asking @TeamYouTube for a clear explanation of what specifically caused the circumvention enforcement and, if possible, another careful human review of my original channel. I have reported @FTC regarding the company and my case involving @YouTube and @TeamYouTube. It has been 9 months, and I still have not been given a chance to speak with a real human being. My channel was wrongfully terminated, despite the fact that I had worked on it for 4 years. I genuinely believe I did not do anything that violated the policies, and I have lost access to my content and memories. However, I strongly believe this decision was made in error. My channel primarily focused on Gacha animations and other creative content. I always tried to follow YouTube's policies and maintain a safe environment for viewers. I have never intentionally uploaded content intended to promote harm, hate, spam, scams, or circumvention. My previously submitted appeal was rejected automatically, and I believe my case was not properly reviewed by a human. I am asking for a genuine human review of my case. I have also gone through the DSA dispute process, and I received a decision in my favour. I believe this matter deserves proper attention rather than being ignored.
