Using "MNPI" as an excuse to avoid disclosing corporate enforcement actions doesn't hold up legally. MNPI regulates insider trading—it doesn't prohibit management from enforcing IP rights or issuing public disclosures when material steps are taken. Once leadership publicly speaks on an issue(which Adam has done three times, hiding behind selective silence risks breaching the duty of candor to shareholders(is also a form of negligence / someone needs to educate John). I’m not going away Share integrity is paramount to me as a shareholder - there is no room for error delay or pure negligence. Mr. Merriwesther I look forward to you correcting your responses.
