MMA Cymru

On the Fourth of August we invite all adults who want to represent Wales at the World Championships in Uzbekistan this November to attend our national squad trials. We hope to see you there.

It’s hard to convince non MMA people that the guy on the right would absolutely demolish the guy on the left inside two minutes. Ioan Harris will be the next ARES Fighting Championship lightweight champion.

The Welsh are coming!

Pasg Hapus i bawb sy'n dathlu. 🐣

So far Wales have entered 16 athletes to compete in the @EMMAAssoc invitational four nations tournament this July in Liverpool. Our athletes will compete against the best in England, Scotland and Ireland for the right to call themselves the first ever four nations champion!

Thank you to Adrenalin Fight Nights for allowing our athletes to hold a bucket collection at their event, raising much needed funds for our youth squad. And thank you to all those who donated generously, it will be put to good use.

We held a session today with our youth squad ahead of the @IMMAFed world championship this summer in Abu Dhabi. A young squad with big ambitions!

Yesterday we hosted our youth squad open day, where young fighters from all over Wales came to train. The future of Welsh MMA is in safe hands.

Wales are coming!

We’re sending our Hayley to the @IMMAFed World Championships in Abu Dhabi!

Have a blessed and joyful Eid.
