Mind you, this recap is the straightforward version & doesn't include repeating the same story 9+ times, being routed to the same group over and over, & an unwillingness to escalate to management.
We will certainly NEVER purchase another @SamsungUS / @Samsung product again.

Apparently, you can only get a refund if they receive the part back in their warehouse w/in 2w of when you received it.
(I'll remind you - this is the part @Samsung directed me to order, from their own website. My Mom is 74yo and does not live with me. 2 weeks?!)

Nope. They don't have a wall mount in stock for her TV.
They send me to the parts department. Oops, they don't sell wall mounts.
They send me to "e-commerce" for a refund who says "I'm so sorry, but the window to return this item closed yesterday."

Except, spoiler alert, when it arrived and we finally got the hands we needed to install it - IT DIDN'T FIT HER TV (4" too big on each side).
No big deal, I expect @SamsungUS will stand by their product / CS and replace with the mount I *do* need or give me a refund.

My Dad died. My Mom moved. She is trying to mount her Samsung TV on the wall. I called Samsung (800-726-7864) and a very kind CS agent named Hazel looked up her TV and SENT ME THE LINK FOR THE EXACT WALL MOUNT SHE NEEDED.

Well, after 2.5+ hours on the phone / hold and conversations with 9+ customer service staff, I guess I have to resort to social media to shame @SamsungUS / @Samsung for how they have treated my 74 yo mother.

Day 8 with no power here. Slated for up to 7 more days. Two young kids (4 & 7), a sweet senior dog (10.5) and their grown ups (physicians serving VUMC & the State of TN) are desperate to get back home. It's a simple repair of a severed line between 2 NES poles.

Thank you! I hope they are placing many people, would just be curious as to the number placed and average time to placement. Appreciate your diligence!

I'd love to see how many people have been placed through this initiative. Our family called and provided our info ~24h ago and haven't heard anything back. We've been w/o power for 8d and are projected to be out for up to 7 more days.
