EMD was identified in 10 patients (19%). After induction, the ORR (p = 0.67) and ≥VGPR rate (p = 0.70) were comparable between the EMD and non-EMD groups. With a median follow-up of 56 months, 3-year OS was 85% in the non-EMD group vs 67% in the EMD group (p = 0.462); 3-year PFS was 89% vs 74%, respectively (p = 0.039).
