We were able to save Mickey and his brother Blockbuster off the At Risk List. A very generous woman saw they they were bonded and is fostering them both.
Welcome to Pound Hounds ResQ.

As posted by Stand Up for Pits Foundation…this Pibble didn’t make it… some say I was tough on NYC when I posted Suzuki laying dying on a pile of garbage on October 25….
I’m not being tough on a city where emaciated pups are at crisis levels. I know because I post pups who end up at NYCACC. The Bronx is where almost all are originating….
In a City that has Pet Food Panties in all 5 Boroughs…yeah…if you live there you should be ashamed….

Meet Luka James #196709, again 🩵
3 yrs • Manhattan ACC
He’s a new intake, but his ID shows he was here before. We don’t know why he’s back~likely an owner emergency or hardship~but he’s fully adoptable ✨ (great sign!).
Look at those gentle, soulful eyes 🥹
He leans his whole body in for hugs, wraps his paws around his handler, and just wants to melt into your arms 🤗🐾
Tender, loving boy ready for comfort + safety.
Can you give this sweet fella his 2nd chance at forever? ❤️

Allies Mission posted her on Instagram earlier, hoping to find her a foster.
You can see how beautiful she was.
It's sickening they kill healthy adoptable dogs for something as trivial like a doggy cold, and I'm sick of it.
Sweet girl, you deserved love & care. Run free💔😭
