"The best athletes have the ability to turn pressure into an opportunity." -Trevor Moawad
Pressure is a privilege, but only for those who are prepared for it. Embrace the challenge, stay focused, and trust in your preparation. Success will follow.

In pressure situations, view your nervousness as excitement. Instead of being nervous about what could go wrong, be excited about what could go right. This helps you channel your adrenaline in a positive direction.

HS Athletes...your job on campus is to bring students together. Be a role model, not the funny guy! Don't be the bully...be the dude that stops the bullies, and makes people look forward to coming to school instead of dreading it. Go the extra mile to help others!!

Your TEAM LEADERS are your team's voice:
- during summer workouts
- at the end of a grueling practice
- when you're down & need to execute
- at parties when things get sketchy
- in the locker room after a tough loss
- when people gripe about the coaches
